Charlie Tanpanich began his career with New York Life in March of 2022 in the Reno General Office after working in healthcare for 3 years.  He was initially hired as a representative but after 1 year he was able to get promoted to the Senior Representative role. While working for New York Life, Charlie was able to finish his Master’s in Business Administration, with a focus in Healthcare Leadership in June of 2024. He hopes to utilize his degree to help develop both the community and the company.

Charlie is passionate about serving the community and to help those in need. In April of 2024, along with the assistance of the Managing Partner Mike Shain, he was able to make the Reno General Office a Volunteer for Good site through the New York Life Foundation, making him the coordinator.  As the Volunteer for Good Coordinator he wants to establish a tight partnership with the community and the Reno General Office, by provide assistance through volunteering or grants from the New York Life Foundation.
