Keith is the Managing Partner for New York Life's Reno General Office, overseeing the operation and activities of the Northern Nevada region.  He is committed to attracting, developing and retaining the best talent to grow the organization and enrich the community.

Keith Ryan began his professional career with New York Life in October 2003.  In his first year, he won all three of the Life Foundation series awards including the Prestigious Life Foundation Award.  Keith also qualified for Executive Council in 2004 and 2005.  In 2004, he set the General Office Millennium record for most paid cases in their first contract year while leading all of the New Org in paid life cases.  In 2005, he led the entire North Dakota General Office in paid life cases.  In June 2006, he was promoted to Partner and was in charge of building Western North Dakota out of the newly opened Bismarck Sales Office.  He attended the 2007 Gathering of Eagles.  In less than 4 years, the Bismarck Sales Office grew tremendously from one Partner, one Senior NYLIC to an additional Partner with another Partner in training and 15 New Org Agents.

Keith played ACHA Division I  hockey for the Minot State University Beavers from 1997-2000.  He received a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Management from Minot State University in May 2000.  He married his high school sweetheart, Missy, on May 26, 2001.  Together they have three children, Morgan (6), Gabrielle (4), Elijah (3), niece Samantha Bishop (16) and lastly their dog Shelby.

"I like to help people and more than that I like to impact people.  As an agent, I had the chance to help my clients through the best ansd worst of times.  As a Managing Partner, I get to coach agents to do the same for their clients.  The impact of coaching agents to run their own business or to become a new partner has an exponential impact."
